The first requirement for Axle prepaid card to work is to have funds loaded onto it. You can use the card to purchase items up to that amount. Also, you can use the card to withdraw cash at an ATM or pay for goods and services through online and physical stores.
Typically, the Axle prepaid card is used to set up regular payments like standing orders and direct debits. An Axle prepaid card holder can use the card to pay for household bills, regular subscriptions or withdraw money from a nearby ATM.
Currently, the only way you can add money to the Axle prepaid card is through the Axlerate app. This process is only available to Fleet Owners.
A Fleet Owner can log into the app and navigate to the Staff section on the left side. Here, they select the user and transfer money from the Owner’s digital wallet to the user’s account.
You can check your Axle prepaid card balance through the website or the mobile app. After you log in, the balance is displayed in the card section of the dashboard.
The fleet owner is the one who decides who can get an Axle prepaid card. While everyone under the fleet owner is eligible for an Axle prepaid card, only users approved by the fleet owner can get one.
