VDO Fleet Tachograph Management is both a management and reporting tool and offers analysis and archiving services for driver cards and mass memory data from intelligent tachographs. This enables you to record and document driving and rest times as well as other information. The platform is therefore ideally suited to fulfill the legal requirements for archiving driver and vehicle data. Comprehensive reports make it easier to manage the entire fleet efficiently, right down to the maintenance of individual vehicles.

The solution provides all the core functions of efficient fleet management. These include the transmission, display, archiving and analysis of driver and vehicle data. In addition, tachograph data can be archived in accordance with the law. There are also numerous functions and reports to help you manage your fleet.

The regular archiving of tachograph and driver card data is required by law. The data must be downloaded and archived on a separate data storage device (e.g. in the Cloud). VDO Fleet Tachograph Management also helps with the evaluation of violations and possible fines, as well as with the creation of driver letters and activity reports.
